The new plan offers five times more Codex usage compared to the basic Plus plan at $20 per month. The appearance of the $100 tier is no coincidence: the company is directly targeting Anthropic's audience, which is actively migrating to Claude Code. Notably, Anthropic offers its Claude Max plan for exactly the same price — $100 per month.
