Sberbank Launched Free GigaPlatform AI Studio for Building AI Agents Without Code

Sberbank launched GigaPlatform AI Studio — a free service for testing AI hypotheses and creating agents without programming. The platform is designed for both individual users and work projects. Access is via Sber ID authentication. The main advantage: the path from idea to working prototype is reduced from months of development to hours of use.

Previously, testing an AI hypothesis required weeks of programmer involvement — for each technology you had to write code, with no preview. This led to the first version of a solution stretching over months. GigaPlatform AI Studio solves this problem through a visual agent builder and ready-made blocks: now you can verify the viability of a working idea in a single day instead of weeks or months.

Technical Platform Components

GigaPlatform AI Studio has all versions of Sberbank's AI models available, including the flagship GigaChat 3.5 Reasoning. In the future, developers will be able to get their own access key directly in the studio and try text models through the API.

Main platform components:

• Model tuning tools: simultaneous sending of requests to different GigaChat versions and comparing responses, setting system instructions, changing generation parameters • Document and knowledge base processing: connecting your own files to create HR consultants, first-line tech support, or sales assistants • Deep Research mode: studying open sources, comparing data, creating structured reports with links; ability to specify or exclude certain sources; export to PDF, HTML, Markdown • Voice functions: speech recognition and text-to-speech with customization of pauses, emphasis, and intonation; creating dialogues with different voices in podcast format • Dialog export to JSON: saving configuration for use in other AI services and sharing with colleagues

Visual Builder and Automation

The visual builder allows you to assemble an agent without code by connecting ready-made blocks: model, knowledge base, voice settings, and dialogue scenarios. Users can select a ready-made template, build an agent from blocks, or use the built-in AI assistant. On the platform, you can create agents for working with data and tables, image generation, email checking, speech synthesis, and other tasks.

The built-in assistant explains what's happening on screen and analyzes uploaded files. To analyze a document, simply upload it and click "Analyze" — the assistant will prepare a summary and answer questions. A separate component is a free desktop application that helps with meetings: recognizes when a call starts, offers recording, transcribes the conversation and provides summaries, while sending nothing to the cloud.

Practical Applications

The platform is designed for four types of tasks: working with different models without technical expertise (asking questions, visualizing code, voicing text, transcribing audio); eliminating work routine without programmers (creating specialized assistants); quickly testing hypotheses before development (testing prompts and parameters); exploring Sberbank's technologies.

According to Anton Frolov, Senior Vice President and head of Sberbank's "Generative AI Development" division: "A person can try different models themselves, assemble their own assistant from ready-made blocks, and immediately test it in action. We want the path from idea to a working solution to take just one evening, and for AI to become as familiar a tool as a text editor or spreadsheets."
