Lovable Teaches Its AI to Promote Apps: Google and Meta Ads From the Chat

Lovable, a platform for building apps through chat, now helps users find customers. Ask "how do I grow?" and the AI builds a plan around your goal, for example "first 100 sign-ups." It then launches campaigns in Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Maps) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram), runs an SEO audit using Semrush data, and generates videos, banners and copy. No campaign starts without confirmation, and payment goes directly through the ad accounts, with no Lovable commission. The feature is available on the Free, Pro and Business plans. • You can launch ads straight from the Lovable chat. • A human confirms the budget and the campaign launch. • There is no commission on ad spend; only Lovable credits are deducted.

Lovable, a service where people build apps in conversation with an AI, is tackling the next stage of the journey: finding customers. In the same chat, users can now get a growth plan, launch ads on Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram, run an SEO audit and generate creatives. The company backs the move with numbers. According to a study it cites, acquiring customers and growing sales remain the main operational problem for 57% of small businesses in the US. In a survey of more than 400 Lovable users, a third did not know where to start or where to find an audience. Another third limited themselves to social media posts and messages to friends and acquaintances.

From goal to plan

The user states the task in a simple phrase: "first 100 sign-ups" or "more bookings this month." Lovable draws on the project's context: the app description, the target audience, current traffic. The output is a list of actions. It is not necessarily advertising. A new app most often needs basic groundwork: making sure Google and AI search engines can find it, making the landing page state its offer more precisely, getting a local business onto Google Maps. The user reviews and confirms each step, and can change the goal along the way.

Ads without leaving the chat

For Google Ads, it is enough to ask Lovable to connect an existing account or create a new one. The platform installs the Google Tag to measure the relevant conversions and picks a campaign type, after which Google's own built-in AI takes over. Google ad credits are available to newcomers.

The flow with Meta is similar. The user logs in through Facebook Login for Business, and Lovable connects an ad account and a page (creating both if needed), adds the Meta Pixel and builds campaigns with images and video. The available objectives are Sales, Leads or Traffic. Meta moderation starts immediately after creation, while the launch remains up to the owner.

The key limitation is built into the design: before creating a campaign, Lovable shows the daily budget, regions, languages, objectives and tracking. Nothing starts without confirmation. The AI also does not change an already running campaign on its own, only on request: pause it, change the budget, switch the audience, try different copy.

  • Channels: Google Search, YouTube, Maps, Facebook, Instagram.
  • Meta objectives: Sales, Leads, Traffic.
  • Payment: directly in Google Ads and Meta, with no Lovable commission.
  • Lovable credits are spent on the growth plan and on generating materials.
  • Results: the Analytics tab or analysis in the chat, with a dashboard on request.
  • Plans: Free, Pro, Business; on Enterprise, an admin enables the connectors in Connectors → Admin settings.

SEO and creatives

Following the May update, which made all Lovable apps readable and indexable by search engines and AI tools, the company added three layers. First, a basic technical check: indexable pages, metadata, sitemap, robots.txt and a Google Search Console connection. Second, built-in Semrush, which shows which queries the app can realistically rank for, evaluates existing pages and helps create landing pages and content for people, AI search and agents. Third, recommendations on where else the product should appear: forums, communities, directories and social platforms, where a mention brings both a visitor and a backlink. Lovable writes drafts of posts and profiles, but the owner publishes them from their own accounts.

For creatives, the system first researches interest in the topic and what similar companies are running, and writes a short report. It then proposes three creative directions. The user can pick one, refine it or upload their own images and videos. The list of materials includes images, teaser videos, animated demos, video ads, landing pages, ad copy and posts.

Where to start

Open a published project and ask Lovable how to attract more customers. The most practical approach is to set a measurable goal with a time horizon, for example the number of sign-ups per month. Before launching paid ads, it is worth running the SEO review and making sure the landing page states clearly what you offer. It makes sense to cap the budget at a small amount for the first few days and to check that conversions are recorded through the Tag or Pixel. That way you will learn whether the channel pays off before you increase spending.
