Anthropic launches Services Track, a tiered ranking of Claude consultants

Anthropic has opened Partner Hub, a portal that classifies consulting partners. Alongside it comes Services Track, a ranking with three tiers: Select, Preferred and Global Premier. Partners are assessed on the number of certified specialists, the number of customers in production and public success stories. A total of 40K firms have applied to the program, and 10K consultants have been certified.

Anthropic has put structure into its Claude partner network. The company launched Services Track, a three-tier classification of the consultants who help enterprises deploy Claude in production. It also opened Partner Hub, a portal where all partners and their qualification levels are visible.

How Services Track works

The system ranks partners by real experience with production deployments of Claude, not by company size or marketing reach. Each tier demands concrete proof: actively working certified specialists, projects running in production, and public success stories backed by a real customer.

  • Select is the entry point: 10+ certified specialists, 2 customers in production over the past 12 months, 1 public success story
  • Preferred is the middle tier: 100+ certified specialists, 15+ deployed projects, 3+ public success stories
  • Global Premier is the top tier: 1000+ certified specialists, 100+ projects across 3+ regions, 15+ success stories, and sponsors on both sides

What sets Services Track apart from a simple ranking is that certifications go to people, not companies. A consultant must pass an exam at the Anthropic Partner Academy and show they have used Claude in practice within the last 90 days. That ensures every certified specialist knows the tool from the inside, rather than having merely sat through a webinar.

Why the system is needed

In March 2026, Anthropic launched the Claude Partner Network with a $100 million investment in partner training, technical support and joint marketing. The results exceeded expectations: more than 40 thousand firms applied to join, and more than 10 thousand consultants have already received certification from Anthropic.

But the scale created a new problem: with so many partners to choose from, how can an enterprise pick one that can actually help? A successful Claude pilot is not at all the same as a full-featured system a company can launch and scale in production. The real work lies in integrating with existing IT infrastructure, understanding the risks in depth, and transforming how employees and teams work. That takes partners who have done this work before. Services Track gives customers confidence in a partner's qualifications.

Consulting giants retrain

The world's largest consulting firms have already made Claude a platform for their teams:

  • Accenture is training 30 thousand specialists
  • Cognizant has rolled out Claude to roughly 350 thousand employees
  • Deloitte has made the tool available to 470 thousand people worldwide
  • KPMG is integrating Claude into a network of more than 276 thousand employees
  • Infosys is building specialized Claude agents for specific industries
  • PwC is deploying Claude Code and Cowork first in the US, then expanding to hundreds of thousands of employees globally

This is not a marketing campaign. It is the consulting industry retooling on a new platform.

What this means

Services Track solves two critical problems at once. The first is for customers: it becomes easier to choose a proven partner suited to the scale of their project. The second is for the partners themselves: they get a transparent path for growing their Claude practice. Each step from Select to Preferred to Global Premier is clearly defined, measurable and attainable.

Crucially, the system rewards real experience and depth of work, not company size. A small specialized AI firm with 50 employees can reach the Select or even Preferred tier faster than a large consultancy with 10 thousand people, provided it has deep Claude experience and successfully delivered projects. That encourages a focus on quality rather than on inflating headcount.
