DeepMind's Project Genie learned to simulate real-world locations via Google Street View

DeepMind expanded access to the interactive Project Genie model to all Google AI Ultra subscribers worldwide. The main update is integration with Google Street View: the agent can now simulate videos of real places on Earth, exploring historic urban areas, parks, and public spaces. Instead of imaginary scenes, Genie creates dynamic worlds that respond to user actions. This expands the possibilities for both travel applications and training AI systems.
