OpenAI launched a ChatGPT course for operations teams: automating routine work and speeding up processes

OpenAI Academy has published a new training module — ChatGPT for operations teams. It explains how companies are already using ChatGPT to optimize workflows, improve coordination between departments, standardize regulations, and accelerate task execution. Operations teams are those who keep the business running: they plan resources, control task execution, maintain process documentation, synchronize departments.

It is at this level that a huge volume of repetitive, time-consuming work is concentrated — and it is precisely here that language models provide the greatest payoff.
