Russia's Ministry of Digital Development adds first AI assistant for government officials to Russian software registry

Russia's Ministry of Digital Development has added the first AI assistant specifically developed for civil servants to the Russian software registry. The platform helps with managerial decision-making, removes obscene language from official reports, and automatically creates structured task lists. The solution is built on the open-source projects Ollama and ChromaDB, but fully complies with FSTEC requirements and uses only Russian infrastructure.
