YouTube moves AI-content labels below the player and automates their creation

YouTube moved AI-content labels directly below the video player — now they're visible immediately without requiring the description to be expanded. The platform also launched automatic identification of synthetic content through SynthID verification and other verification methods. The update applies to both long-form videos and YouTube Shorts.
